About the Role

This role represents an excellent opportunity for an inside sales representative looking to develop their career in the information technology industry with the opportunity to sell both directly and through partners.

You will be joining at a time where we have seen a significant increase in demand for our solutions, have a strong pipeline and a stream of good quality leads. We are also making significant continual improvements to our solutions with significant new releases scheduled for 2025.

Training, coaching and mentoring will be provided to ensure a fast start to build confidence and extend skills and experience. There will be opportunities to rapidly take on higher levels of responsibility.

Ideal Candidate

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience selling B2B Software Solutions products, preferably globally

  • Proven track record of success

  • Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge and experience working in the Service Management space is advantageous

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled solutions consultant with around 1 - 3 years of experience in the IT sector to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting our customers' data migration needs. We are looking for an individual who is eager to work in the technology sector, is ambitious to take on responsibilities and experience hands on coaching from a seasoned team.

As a solutions consultant, you will play an important role in contributing to the company's software revenue and customer growth objectives by becoming a subject matter expert in data migration and Precision Bridge’s solutions supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities such as product demonstrations to designing and delivering solutions.

Extensive training and coaching will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Becoming a subject matter expert in data migration and Precision Bridge solutions

Setting up and delivering high-quality presentations and demonstrations

Utlising Precision Bridge solution’s to support the delivery of projects

Responding to product information requests

Working with internal support and development teams to ensure effective coordination and communication

Ideal Candidate:

• Good Quality Bachelors degree in a STEM subject from a top UK university

• 1-3 years of experience in an IT-based, customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a penchant for critical and creative thinking

• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.

• Proactive, adaptable and self-motivated, with a readiness to learn and tackle new challenges

• Interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence

Ideal Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or other similar platforms).

  • Experience with database platforms such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

  • A keen interest in leveraging AI tools for learning and researching IT applications.
